These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, digital infrastructure solutions, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by MPWebTechnology (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a technology innovation firm based in Canada.
By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.
MPWebTechnology specializes in building advanced digital infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to AI/ML implementations, system architecture, automation, and intelligent systems integration. Specific project deliverables, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and technical specifications will be governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).
Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement, all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including proprietary algorithms, system architectures, software code, research, and technical documentation developed by MPWebTechnology, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Upon full payment for Services, clients are typically granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific digital infrastructure deliverables for their internal business operations, subject to the limitations defined in their specific contract.
You agree not to:
While MPWebTechnology employs rigorous engineering standards and forensic analysis to ensure system integrity, our Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as provided in a specific SOW.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Canada, MPWebTechnology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, resulting from the deployment or use of our digital infrastructure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or direct notification to active clients.
